Yes, the initial assessment via the form is without obligation. It is not a court-proof market value appraisal by a certified expert.
Why is there no online calculator?
Automated tools know neither the condition, layout nor micro-location. A mismatched price costs time and money in a sale – so we value personally, with a viewing.
What information do you need?
Address, property type, living and plot area, year built and condition. Floor plans, the energy certificate and details of modernisations also help.
How long does a valuation take?
Once we receive your details we get back to you promptly, arrange a viewing and then discuss the price range with you.
Do I have to sell with you afterwards?
No. The valuation is independent of any sales mandate.
