Residenz am Goldgraben: only one house left

A few weeks ago, we reported on the start of construction at Residenz am Goldgraben in Hofheim-Marxheim, our family-oriented ensemble of six terraced houses and four semi-detached houses.

Demand since then has been greater than we had expected ourselves.

Nine of the ten houses have now been sold or reserved. Currently, only house no. 9 is still available.

Anyone interested in this last house should get in touch soon. Given the demand so far, it is impossible to say how long it will remain available.

You can find all the key details about the ensemble, the fittings and the energy concept on the property page.
