Residenz am Goldgraben – House 9

Residenz am Goldgraben in Hofheim-Marxheim comprises a total of ten houses – six terraced houses and four semi-detached houses. The floor plans are designed for families: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attic studio as per the project concept, and a private outdoor area. In energy terms, the project is planned to KfW-55 standard, with each house receiving its own heat pump, while wallbox and photovoltaic provisions are in place. Eight of the ten houses have already been sold or reserved.
